Terms & Conditions

1. Tea for the Year of the Dragon Giveaway is valid from 5 to 29 February 2024.
2. TWIN LEAF TEA MERCHANTS is the SPCA’s official partner for the Campaign.
3. The official website of TWIN LEAF TEA MERCHANTS and its E-shop is https://twinleaftea.com/
4. By donating HK$188 or above via the CNY 2024: Sharing Is Caring campaign website ( cny2024.spca.org.hk) and enter your personal and delivery information, donors will receive Tea for the Year of the Dragon Premium Teabags (1 set). Available while stock lasts.
5. 1 set of Tea for the Year of the Dragon Premium Japanese Teabags includes 12 bags of Japanese Barley Hoji Tea.
6. A confirmation email from the SPCA will be sent to the donor after a successful donation, which shall state whether the donor is entitled to receive the gift. After confirmation of the donation, it will take 2-3 working days for the gift to be sent to the address provided by the donor.

8. Donors and their donations are not able to sponsor a specific animal. Your donation will go directly towards helping thousands of animals each year, and we will continue to work hard to ensure that we devote maximum resources to caring for animals.
9. Donations are not refundable under any circumstances. In case of any dispute, the SPCA reserves the right of final decision.
